Chicago Street Fiddler

This stuff just makes my heart so happy...

This image was painted from a photograph I took on the streets of Chicago. There I was, in the middle of downtown, and there HE was, just fiddling away on his violin. I happened to snag the photo with a Chicago cab car driving right past him.

To try and explain the tickle bumps I got on the back of my neck hearing the sounds of the city hustle behind this man's music flowing from his instrument is purely impossible. 

And the joy - the absolute joy on this man's face.  That's the stuff of deep peace.
